A night out; getting ready, putting on shoes, going out the door, French knickers, venetian masks, moths, big eyes, night garden, the morning after, shoes and knickers on the floor, bra on a hook, gathering the laundry. I like to painting women in motion, in transition, in doorways, in charge of their actions, and the remnants of where they have been, the smell of intimacy, memories of their shape.

Works include oil on canvas, prints, works on paper and sculpture.
